This guide has collected the most frequently asked questions by Cavendish students. It will explain how to login and register to Claned and tell you what to do if you cannot get your verification email. We also explain what to do if you cannot see your courses and what login page to use.
1. Register to Claned only with the invitation email sent to you by your course administrator
Do not create a Claned account by yourself, but instead ask your course adminstrator or university staff to send you an invitation to Claned. This ensures that you will have access to your courses.
2. Use your student email during registration and ensure correct spelling
Once you receive an invitation mail, click the link contained within and register your Claned account with your student email. Don't use your personal email to register. Make sure you spell your email correctly in the following format:
AB123456@students.cavendish.co.zm
AB123456@students.cavendish.ac.ug
Make sure there are no typos or mistakes during registration, otherwise you will not receive the verification email.
3. Verify your email address
The verification email is sent to the email you have used to register. Make sure you have access to your student email and can find the verification email.

4. What to do if I'm not getting my verification email?
Try to register again and make sure you spell your student email correctly. If you still do not receive a verification mail, ask your course administrator to send you a new invitation.

Kindly avoid using the "book a demo" option on claned.com, we will not be able to respond to your queries there. Instead, reach out to your course administrator or the above Cavendish support email addresses.
5. What to do if I cannot see my course?
The reason is most likely that you did not register through an invitation link or the courses have not yet been published. Therefore, please contact your course administrator and ask them to add you to your courses. Note that Claned Support (support@claned.com) will not add you to your courses, instead your course administrator or university staff will.
