Sometimes teachers make mistakes with course material and it may not work properly. This article will explain how you should proceed if you see a problem with such material in Claned. For instance, if you open a video that says something along the lines: "because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here" do the following things:
1. Check you where you are logged in
Most likely you are not logged in through your organizations personal Claned address such as https://organizationname.claned.com, but instead you may be logged in through the general address https://app.claned.com
Both addresses work, but your organization may have used a privacy setting in videos that only allows videos to be displayed specified URL locations. In this case it may be that you cannot view the video from app.claned.com, but can from the organizations URL.
Therefore, you should log in through your organizations login page to view the videos.
2. If this does not work - contact your course administrator
Your course administrator is responsible of all course content and you should inform them if there are any privacy issues.
