You can automatically log learners out of CLANED after a set period of inactivity. This could be done to ensure activity data in Claned reflect actual use or for security reasons.
1. From the admin view of your organization navigate to the "Advanced" tab
2. Scroll down a bit until you see the heading "Session timeout settings" and enter a value
Note that session timeouts are calculated in seconds, in the example below 500 seconds equates to a little more than 8 min. Be sure to keep in mind your learners and your courses to choose an appropriate span of time. Inactivity in this case means that the screen has been static, and there have been no "clicks".
3. Once you have entered a value for the timeout, click the "Save login settings" button on the right side of the screen.
