Welcome to our support center! If you're looking to purchase licenses through Stripe, you've come to the right place. Stripe is a secure, online payment processing platform that makes buying digital products or services quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase:
Step 1: Select Your License count
- Navigate to our product page and open "Pay as you Grow" package.
- Choose the number of licenses you will need and click on update
Step 2: Enter Your Payment Information
- After selecting your license count, you'll need to fill in your payment details. Stripe accepts various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), debit cards.
- Remember to click on "I'm purchasing as a business" to ensure you can add this to you taxation.
Step 3: Review Your Order
- Before submitting your payment, review your order details. Ensure that the license count is correct and payment method is valid.
- We may have offered you the option to enter a promo code for a discount. If you have one, enter it in the designated field.
Step 4: Complete Your Purchase
- Once you've confirmed that all information is correct, click on the “Pay Now” button to complete your transaction.
- Stripe will process your payment securely. You'll see a confirmation screen once the payment is successful, and you'll receive an email confirmation with your license details and a receipt.
- You will receive a receipt for your purchase every time the payment is processed.
Step 5: Edit your license count
Need to change the number of licenses for next month? No problem, we've made it easy peasy.
- Go to your email and find the confirmation email from Stripe or you can log in HERE.
- Open "Edit subscription"
- Now you should be able to change the license counts
- Keep in mind that the licenses will only change for the next billing cycle so you need to edit the license count before the billing cycle has begun.
