Did you notice an error in your certificate? This article explains what you need to do!
Error in the name, do this:
- The certificate name comes automatically from your Claned information, so first check that there are no errors in your name such as lowercase initials or an old surname. You can see your name in the upper right corner (see image below).
- If you notice an error in your name, see instructions for changing it HERE.
- Once you have corrected your name in Claned, contact the training administrator or organization. They can re-create the certificate for you.
- If there is no error in your name, but you have received a certificate with a wrong name, contact the training administrator or organization.
In some cases, there is also a school name tied to the name in Claned. In this case, you should be able to edit your name from your account settings. If not, please contact your school.
Error elsewhere such as in the date or course name, do this:
- Contact the training administrator or organization as they manage the certificates. Claned support cannot change certificates on behalf of the training administrator.
