Haven’t Received Your Verification Email? Here’s What to Do:
1. Check Your Inbox: Shortly after registering, we send you a verification email. This email contains a special link for verifying your email address, which is an essential step to access Claned and begin your courses.
- Double-Check Your Details: Ensure there were no errors in the email address you provided during registration. A small typo could mean your verification email ended up elsewhere.
- Look Everywhere: Sometimes, emails can sneak into the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders in your email account.
2. Still Can’t Find the Email? If the email is nowhere to be found:
- Try to register again and pay special attention to your email spelling. According to our analytics, 90% of the time the email has a typo.
- Reach Out for Help: If you're still out of luck, submit a ticket from the top right corner and we will get you sorted. Let us know what email you have used and what organization has invited you.
3. Verify Through the Link: When you find the verification email, click on the link inside. This will confirm your email address and take you directly to your personal learning environment on Claned.
