Sometimes, after you log in to Claned, you might not see your course. Don't worry! This usually happens because your account isn't linked to the right group or organization. Just follow these simple steps to get access to your course and all the content you need.
Note: Please do not file a support ticket for the Claned Support team add you to any courses. Only your organization or school admin can give you access to courses. If none of the following steps work, please contact your administrator or point-of-contact.
Step 1: Refresh the page
- Refresh the page: Try to refresh the page by doing a forced refresh
- Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (if that doesn't work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R.)
- Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.
- Sign out and in: Signing out and back in may help.
Step 2: Did you register through an invitation?
- The invitation connects your account with the correct course. Your course teacher or organization admin has to invite you to Claned via email. Ask them to send you a special link to join the course.
- Use the link. Make sure to sign up or log in through the link they give you. If you join Claned without it, your account won't be connected to the correct course or group.
Step 3: Did you sign up with the correct email?
- Share the right details. Make sure your teacher or organization admin knows the email address you are using in Claned. This helps them add you without any mix-ups.
- If you know you already have an account, please ensure you are logging in to the correct account.
Step 4: Talk to Your Teacher or Organization
- Still can't see your course? If you log in and still don't see your course, it's possible that the organization has not yet shared any courses with you. Please reach out to your teacher or organization admin. The Claned Support team will not add you to any courses.
