Step 1: Verify Your Login Details
- Check for Typos: First, make sure there are no errors in your email or password. It's easy to misspell something without noticing.
- Verify Your Email: If this is your first time logging in after registering, confirm that your email address has been verified. You should do this by opening the verification email and clicking the link. If you can't find the verification email read more here.
- Use the Correct Account: Remember, if you initially signed up using an Office365 or Google account, you must continue to log in using that same method.
Step 2: Ensure You're Logging In at the Right Place
- Find Your Specific Login Link: Your invitation email should include a specific link to log in. Bookmark this link to avoid confusion in the future.
- Login URLs Matter: For instance, if your invitation link started with asia.claned.com, that's where your account is hosted. Logging in through a different domain like app.claned.com won't work for you.
- Check your Claned emails or ask your organization about the correct place to log in.
Kindly Avoid Unnecessary Registrations: If Claned prompts you to register again but you already have an account, it’s likely you’re trying to log in through the wrong website or there is a typo in the email you inserted.
