This article will show you how you can invite users to Claned. There are a few different ways to do so (sharable link, email or search in claned). You will also be shown how to view pending invitations. All users are managed in the Admin tab in Claned. Remember that you can add users straight into groups as well.
1. Go to the Admin Tab in Claned
2. Click on Members
To start, navigate to the members tab in your admin view. From here, click the button on the right side labeled “INVITE ORGANIZATION MEMBERS”.
3. Click on INVITE ORGANIZATION MEMBERS
When inviting members through the members tab, they will not be assigned to a group. If you want to assign users to a specific group, see instructions here.
4. Three options to Invite

Shareable Link – best for mass invites. Just copy the link and paste it into an email sent to all participants.

Direct email – good for inviting team members. You can only invite a maximum of 20 in a single invite.

Username – in the event someone already has a CLANED® account but is not part of your organization. Just by search their email or name.
5. Check Pending invitations
If you have sent the email invitations, you can see who has not yet registered to Claned in the Pending invitations tab.
